Matt is one of our longest-serving members of staff, with a career at AJ Bell reaching back to 1996. Since joining us, he has worked in various roles within the Platinum SSAS and SIPP departments, dealing with all aspects of high-level administrative issues. Matt brings to our team many years of experience with and knowledge of the Platinum Products.

Charlene Horton
Charlene has spent her entire working career at AJ Bell. Since joining us in 1998 she has worked her way up the company, dealing with all aspects of SSAS administration, technical issues, maintaining client relationships and managing an administration team. Having gained a thorough understanding of our Platinum product, Charlene moved into a support role in 2015 and is now a member of AJ Bell Platinum’s consultancy team.

Mike Stephens
Mike joined AJ Bell in January 2003, having previously spent six years fulfilling pension roles within a major insurance company and a leading UK accountancy practice. He has an in-depth knowledge of the AJ Bell SSAS and SIPP products, and works closely with corporate and direct clients, as well as their advisers.

Lisa Drinan
Lisa joined AJ Bell in 2018 to support our Platinum Consultants and help deliver the highest possible levels of service. She previously worked for one of our competitors, in a role that involved handling all aspects of the SSAS administration process. In total, Lisa brings more than 20 years of SSAS experience to the team.

David Collins
David began his career in pensions with a specialist SSAS provider in 2008, and joined AJ Bell in December 2011. Since joining us, he has gained a thorough understanding of our Platinum products, having initially worked as an Administrator, and more recently as an Operational Consultant, ensuring the team delivers a first class service to our customers. David is now a member of AJ Bell’s Platinum Consultancy Team and works closely with direct clients, as well as their advisers.
